6 people were injured in the morning strike on Kupyansk by Russian Federation. In Kharkiv, a hit by an unidentified aerial vehicle on civilian infrastructure was recorded, damaging a school and a kindergarten. There were several more attacks on the region during the day.

Russian occupants attacked a civilian enterprise in the Kupyansk district with anti-aircraft guns. The attack killed two civilians and injured another employee. Emergency services are working at the scene.
