The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has released data on the losses of Russian troops over the past day. The total enemy losses since the beginning of the war have reached 847860 people, almost 10 thousand tanks have been destroyed.

Ukrainian troops advanced near Cherkasy Konopelka in the Kursk region of Russia. At the same time, the enemy advanced in the area of Yampolivka, Stupochki, Toretsk and Andriivka.

The Ukrainian government is launching a new program of special contracts for young men aged 18-24 in the Armed Forces. The President did not say how many men are planned to sign up.

The government has approved a draft presidential decree on reforming military service in the Armed Forces, the National Guard, and the State Security Service. The document provides for the abolition of conscript service, new rules for contracts and military rotation.

The President of Ukraine has dismissed Lieutenant General Yevhen Moysiuk from the post of Special Representative for International Security Assurances. Moysiuk had held this position only since February 2024.

A Volovets court sentenced three defendants accused of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl to 6 years in prison. The court also ordered the victim to pay UAH 300,000 in non-pecuniary damage.

Security measures have been strengthened in military units and shopping centers following a series of bombings. Increased patrols, access control and video surveillance were introduced, and additional staff briefings were held.

The Ministry of Health is implementing a procedure for selective disarmament of medical workers for military needs through the Diia portal. The decision is intended to maintain a balance between civilian and military medicine.
