The Government of Ukraine has allocated UAH 2. 5 billion of a Japanese grant for energy, demining, and transportation. The funds will be used to purchase equipment for the Ministry of Energy, the State Emergency Service, and the State Agency for Infrastructure Restoration.

Seven people remain hospitalized after the shelling in Zaporizhzhia, two of them in serious condition.

In Ivano-Frankivsk, a mother and three children were poisoned by carbon monoxide and hospitalized. The SES provides advice on how to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning when using gas appliances.

Search and rescue operations are completed in Kryvyi Rih after Russian strikes on September 27. Four people died in the attack, September 30 was declared a day of mourning, and three victims remain in hospital.

In the village of Horoshkiv, Tetiiv community, rescuers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine retrieved the body of a dead woman from a local pond. The incident occurred on September 27, and the body was found on the surface of the water.

As a result of an enemy air strike, a fire broke out in the Kharkiv region over an area of 2 hectares. 16 private homes and an educational institution were damaged, but no one was injured. The fire was extinguished in an hour and a half.

SES divers removed the wreckage of an enemy UAV from the Dnipro River at a depth of 12 meters. Experts from Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise warn of the danger of unexploded submunitions from cluster warheads of Russian missiles.

Rescuers pulled the body of a woman from the rubble after a rocket attack on the Kryvyi Rih district police department. Another 6 people were injured, and search and rescue operations continue.

Emergency and rescue operations continue in Kryvyi Rih after the Russian attack. An administrative building, 23 private houses, 3 nine-story buildings, an educational institution and more than 80 cars were damaged. The number of victims has increased to 5.

Ukrainians are receiving fake messages about long-lasting power and water outages in Sumy region. The Center for Countering Disinformation denied this information and warned of a disinformation campaign.

A Russian air strike on Zaporizhzhia resulted in 10 people being injured. An apartment building was damaged, 11 private residential buildings and one three-story residential building were destroyed.

People in several regions of Ukraine were injured as a result of Russia's night attack on Ukraine. In Kyiv, a man was wounded by falling UAV debris, in Zaporizhzhia, eight people were wounded by air bombs, and in Kherson region, 2 people were injured.

As a result of the Russian air strike on Zaporizhzhia, 8 people were injured, including 1 child. 11 private houses and one three-story building were destroyed, an apartment building was damaged, and 18 people were evacuated.

In Brovary district, near the village of Bohdanivka, a grass flooring caught fire over an area of 21 hectares. Six units of SES equipment and four units of the local fire brigade are working at the scene.

The occupants struck 397 times at 8 localities in Zaporizhzhia region. A 55-year-old man was killed in Polohivskyi district, 7 people were wounded during the shelling of Zaporizhzhia.

As a result of the Russian shelling of Zaporizhzhia, 22 people were injured, including two children. Rescuers rescued 27 residents, two women remain in hospital in moderate condition.

In Kharkiv, another hostile attack took place near a cemetery, causing the grass to catch fire. According to the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleg Sinegubov, there is no information about the victims.

The SES reports 18 large fires in 7 regions of Ukraine covering more than 1300 hectares. More than 1,300 firefighters and 300 units of SES equipment are involved in extinguishing the fires.

A large forest fire has been localized in the Kharkiv region over an area of 1,581 hectares. During the week, 561 fires broke out in natural ecosystems in the region, including 15 forest fires, with a total area of over 2300 hectares.

A Russian strike in Zaporizhzhia injured 9 people, including one child. Rescuers evacuated residents, extinguished the fire and carried out emergency work.

An explosion occurred at a transformer substation in Ternopil, causing a fire and a power outage on two streets. Rescuers extinguished the fire, and power engineers are working to restore power.

In Bortnychi, rescuers extinguished a fire over an area of 1500 square meters. Extinguishing the fire was complicated by the difficulty of driving vehicles and the lack of a permanent water supply.

A boat with a group of people capsized on the Teteriv River in Zhytomyr. Two women died, one was rescued by local residents. The search for the body of the second victim is ongoing, while four other passengers were not injured.

At night, aggressor forces shelled the village of Chaikivka in Kharkiv region. Four residential buildings, an enterprise and a building of the State Emergency Service were damaged, information about the victims is being clarified.

As a result of the enemy air strike on Kharkiv, 21 people were injured, including three children. Seven apartment buildings, a kindergarten and 21 cars were damaged, and 68 people were evacuated from a 16-story building.

In Sumy, two private houses were destroyed by an enemy air strike, and ten more were damaged. Rescuers of the State Emergency Service extinguished the fires and inspected the area, one civilian was injured.

In the Donetsk region, Russian troops attacked rescuers returning from a fire with a drone. The attack damaged a fire truck.
