A restaurant complex in the village of Romankiv, Kyiv region, caught fire at night, covering an area of 2000 square meters. The fire was extinguished, 13 buildings were saved, there were no casualties, and the cause is under investigation.

Russian occupants conducted an air strike on the residential sector of Kupyansk. As a result of the attack, 2 private houses and 2 outbuildings caught fire, 1 person was killed and 5 were injured.

In Mykolaiv region, a shepherd was grazing cattle on a mined field, resulting in 4 cows being injured. The SES sappers found a PMN-2 anti-personnel mine at the site.

In the village of Cherkaska Lozova, the State Emergency Service defused a 500-kg bomb that fell on a private yard without exploding. The operation was extremely dangerous due to the high explosive power and possible additional detonators.

An enemy air strike on Zaporizhzhia injured six people and damaged 29 buildings.

In Kryvyi Rih, a five-story building was partially destroyed by an enemy shelling, damaging the roof and stairwell. Rescuers rescued 7 people, evacuated 26 people, and injured 1 person.

In Kostyantynivka, Kramatorsk district, a fire caused by an enemy strike on October 6 was extinguished. Rescuers fought the fire for several days, finally eliminating it on October 8.

After the Russians destroyed the water supply infrastructure in Donetsk region, the authorities are taking steps to normalize the situation. It is planned to drill wells in several cities to provide the population with drinking water.

In Rivne region, eight people were hospitalized with carbon monoxide poisoning, including four children. The cause was a malfunction of stove heating, gas equipment and ventilation.

SES sappers seized and neutralized a part of a Russian X-59 guided missile in Chernihiv region. The State Emergency Service reminds people to report any findings of ammunition by calling 101.

In Boryspil district, a farmer discovered the remains of an S-300 missile in his field. The SES sappers confirmed the safety of the discovery, removed it and provided conditions for further work in the field.

The shelling of Bilenke in Donetsk region wounded 4 people, including 1 child. An enterprise and private houses were damaged, and the injured were taken to hospitals.

Kyiv RMA has signed a memorandum with Global Clearance Solutions UK for humanitarian demining. The company will provide a wide range of mine action assistance, including survey and clearance of territories.
