The Government has updated the procedure for reserving persons liable for military service and the criteria for determining critical enterprises. The changes relate to the consideration of mobilized employees, the timing of verification and the cancellation of the deferral.

The military unit that defends the airspace of the region received two mobile generators from the Brovary community. Earlier, the community also donated a Toyota Hilux, 200 batteries for drones and other equipment to the military.

Russia launched 208 Shahed-type attack drones and imitator drones from various directions. The Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 107 attack drones, and another 97 enemy imitator drones were lost in the area.

President Zelensky listened to a report by Commander-in-Chief Syrsky on operations in the Kursk region of Russia. The Ukrainian military has been successfully holding a buffer zone on the aggressor's territory for almost seven months.

President Zelenskyy has dismissed Major General Andriy Hnatov from the post of commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Hnatov had held this position since June 2024 and had significant success in the defense of Mykolaiv and the liberation of Kherson region.

The Ministry of Defense is preparing three-year contracts with Ukrainian arms manufacturers based on the needs of the General Staff. Manufacturers must ensure 50% localization and mass production.

The Cabinet of Ministers has extended the deadline for re-booking employees liable for military service until March 31 due to cyberattacks on state registers. Businesses will have additional time to confirm their criticality status and re-book their staff.
