Lance Corporal Nadbit Dabayev was sentenced in absentia to life imprisonment for war crimes. During the occupation of Kyiv region, he shot a civilian and stole two cars.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that the summer offensive of the enemy from the Russian Federation is effectively faltering. This situation is similar to last year's attempts by the enemy to advance in the Kharkiv region.

In Kharkiv region, an 11-year-old girl drowned in the Lopan River in a place not suitable for swimming near a hydraulic structure. Rescuers of the State Emergency Service pulled out the body of the child, the circumstances of the tragedy are being established.

The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated over 300 million hryvnias in subsidies for the purchase of equipment and modernization of food units in 23 schools in Ukraine. This is part of a public investment project for 2025 aimed at improving nutrition in educational institutions.

The Ukrainian government has allocated over 700 million hryvnias to 35 energy projects that are critical for getting through the winter, including reconstruction in the Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Sumy regions.
