On the night of December 13, unknown drones attacked an oil refinery in Russian Saratov. Russian media reported explosions and possible hits on the territory of the Saratov oil refinery.

62 combat engagements were recorded at the front. The enemy is actively operating in the Pokrovsk, Oleksandrivka, and Kostiantynivka directions, having made 19 attempts in the Pokrovsk direction. In the Siversk-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the enemy launched an airstrike and carried out 50 shellings.
Ukrainian Special Operations Forces successfully hit enemy targets in the occupied territories on the night of December 8. A UAV depot of the 9th Russian brigade in Donetsk and 6,000 m³ of fuel in Simeikino, Luhansk region, were destroyed.

A ceremony of raising the Ukrainian flag was held at the NATO Special Mission for Security Support and Training for Ukraine on the occasion of the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Representatives of 35 partner states, led by NSATU and SAG-U Commander Lieutenant General Curtis Buzzard, took part in the event.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Ryazan Oil Refinery on December 6, 2025, hitting a low-temperature isomerization unit. Fire damage was also inflicted on the Alchevsk Metallurgical Combine, which produces shell casings.
US President's Special Representative Stephen Witkoff released a report on the meeting with the Ukrainian delegation, where the parties agreed on a framework for security measures and discussed deterrence measures to support lasting peace. Negotiations will resume today for further discussion.
