Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tähkna said that Ukraine's full membership in the EU and NATO would ensure the stability of the whole of Europe. He emphasized the need for investment in Ukraine's defense industry and economy.

The South Korean government plans to discuss with Ukraine the possibility of handing over two captured North Korean soldiers. According to the ROK constitution, all residents of the Korean peninsula are considered citizens of South Korea.

Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga denied that Ukraine's partners are pressuring Ukraine to reach a quick peace with Russia. On the contrary, the partners are cooperating to achieve a just and lasting peace.

Fuel prices in Ukraine are rising due to an increase in world oil prices from $74 to $82 per barrel. The reason was new US sanctions against Russian oil companies and tankers.
