Ukraine and Russia discussed the possibility of a large-scale prisoner exchange using the "1000 for 1000" formula. Ukrainian Minister of Defense Rustem Umierov announced preparations for a meeting at the level of the countries' leaders.

According to Umerov, the negotiations with Russia discussed the issues of ceasefire and exchange of prisoners. He promised to announce the agenda of the next negotiations later.
