At night, the enemy shelled a village in the Krasnopillia community, with five UAV hits recorded. An 85-year-old woman was injured, and houses and a car were damaged.

The comprehensive plan for restoring the fire safety system in the Chernobyl zone for 2021-2024 was not implemented due to a lack of funding. Currently, the exclusion zone has two forest fire stations and a State Emergency Service unit.
At night, enemy drones struck residential areas of Kharkiv, causing fires and destruction. Rescuers and communal services are working at the impact sites.
On the night of April 23, the Russians massively attacked Poltava with drones, injuring three people. Residential areas, businesses and other civilian infrastructure were under attack.
A three-year-old child was rescued in the Ternopil region after leaving the yard and going into the forest. The girl was found between villages in the Rivne region, she walked 10 km, but was unharmed.
As a result of the enemy strike on Zaporizhzhia, the number of victims has increased to 22, including three children. All the injured have been hospitalized and are receiving the necessary assistance.
Civilian infrastructure, houses and an educational institution were damaged as a result of the attack. Rescuers eliminated the fires, involving 78 firefighters and 21 pieces of equipment.
At the railway station in Volyn Oblast, a child was electrocuted when they climbed onto a tank car. Rescuers removed the victim and handed them over to medics; the child is conscious.
On Sunday afternoon, April 20, the enemy attacked the village of Kivsharivka in Kharkiv Oblast, hitting a five-story residential building. The fire covered 36 apartments over an area of 1600 sq. meters, however, the building was uninhabited, therefore there were no casualties or injuries.
In Kharkiv, a fire broke out in a 12-story residential building on the evening of April 20, the fire covered 50 sq. m. Rescuers evacuated 15 residents, including five children.
In the Balakliia forestry in Kharkiv region, a fire engine exploded on an explosive object while extinguishing a fire. Two foresters suffered an acute stress reaction.
After yesterday's Russian strike on Kostiantynivka, today the bodies of a man and a woman were recovered from under the rubble of a residential building. Rescue operations were complicated by constant enemy shelling.
Near Hostomel in the Kyiv region, the liquidation of a peat bog fire, discovered on April 19 in the area of a dacha cooperative, has been ongoing for the second day. The fire covered an area of three hectares and is being extinguished by State Emergency Service units from Hostomel and Bucha.
A fire broke out in the Balakliia forestry in Kharkiv Oblast, covering a coniferous undergrowth and reeds on 10 hectares, and later spread to 30 hectares. 26 rescuers, SES equipment, and local fire teams are involved in extinguishing the fire.

The SES will involve more than 6,000 rescuers and 2,500 pieces of equipment for Easter. 430 rescuers will be on duty in Kyiv; the number may be increased.
More than 240 fires occur in Ukraine every day, which take the lives of an average of four people, and five more are injured. About two thousand die in a year.
The SES denied information about the hospitalization of two rescuers with chemical poisoning after inspecting drone fragments in Poltava region. They stated that this is not true.
On April 17, Russian troops attacked the Glukhiv community in the Sumy region, damaging a critical infrastructure facility. During the extinguishing of the fire, a repeated shelling occurred, damaging the fire truck, but the rescuers were not injured.
A fire with an area of 700 sq. m, caused by an enemy drone, was extinguished in Mykolaiv. The fire broke out in warehouses with household goods, 50 rescuers were involved.
A strike on a civilian car was recorded in Kherson, there is a victim. In Dudchany, a Russian drone destroyed a car with bread, but there were no casualties.
