At least 180 Ukrainians are being held for political reasons in Crimean detention centers, tortured and neglected by the international community.

At least 180 Ukrainian citizens who are being persecuted by the Russian authorities for political and religious reasons are being held in places of detention in Crimea, the head of the board of the Crimean human rights group, Olha Skrypnyk, has said. This was reported by the head of the board of the Crimean Human Rights Group, Olga Skrypnyk, at the press conference "Political prisoners of the Kremlin: what happens to Ukrainians who are held behind bars by Russia?". Her words quotes Krym.Realii, reports UNN.
With the beginning of the large-scale invasion of Russia, Crimea became a prison for our citizens from the south. They were kidnapped and subjected to terrible torture. We recorded the first cases of illegal transportation to the territory of Crimea as early as March 2022, when people from the south in a terrible condition began to appear in the pre-trial detention center in Simferopol. Already in the summer of the same year, a second and then a third pre-trial detention center appeared on the site.
