Over the weekend, four men drowned in Vinnytsia region. The bodies of the deceased were recovered from the Southern Bug river and ponds in Vinnytsia, Fedorivka, and Kuntse. In total, 13 people died on the water in Ukraine over the past day.
On July 28, significant rains and thunderstorms are expected in the western, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions. In a number of other regions, thunderstorms, hail, and squalls of 15-20 m/s are forecast, which corresponds to danger level I.

In the city of Balta, Odesa region, during bad weather, a tree fell on a tent with teenagers. One child died, and four others were injured and handed over to medics.
A fatal road accident occurred near the village of Buzova on the Kyiv–Chop highway. Rescuers unblocked the body of the deceased driver from the mangled car.
Russian troops attacked Kharkiv and its suburbs with drones. A civilian enterprise, a private house, and a production and economic building were damaged; there were no casualties.
All fires in Kharkiv have been extinguished after the combined air strike. Six people were injured in the attack, including four State Emergency Service employees.
