The SBU and NABU uncovered a scheme to embezzle UAH 107 million from the export of military products in 2016-2019. The five suspects, who are hiding abroad, face up to 12 years in prison.

The Kyiv authorities supported a petition to ban the construction of an underground parking lot near the Landscape Alley on Starokyivska Hill. The project included a parking lot for 320 cars and a shelter for 1,650 people.

A petition was registered on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers to stop reservations for employees of donor agencies and international assistance projects who are liable for military service. Lawyers point to the inefficiency of these organizations and the need to audit the use of funds.

The NABU has put former Kyiv City Council member Denys Komarnytskyi on the wanted list in the case of embezzlement of Kyiv land. He and 9 other people are suspected of creating a criminal organization that illegally withdrew land plots.

Kyiv's Pechersk court has extended the detention of Ihor Kolomoisky until April 9 in the case of organizing the murder of lawyer Serhiy Karpenko. The suspicion concerns the contract killing of the director of a law firm in Feodosia.

The KCSA announced searches regarding possible misuse of property of the Kyiv territorial community in 2009. The city authorities reportedly cooperate with law enforcement and provide all necessary documents.

Deputy Prime Minister Olha Stefanishyna said that the bill to repeal the Lozovyi amendments may be delayed. The government also introduced a draft law on reforming the ARMA, agreed with the EU.

The NABU exposed a criminal organization in the Kyiv City Council that illegally transferred land through fictitious structures. The NABU detained 7 people, including high-ranking officials and deputies, and prevented the theft of land plots worth UAH 83.7 million.

Yuriy Nikolov, a journalist for Nashi Groshi, said that the NABU has become an ineffective institution that has lost its anti-corruption mission. The criticism is related to the scandal surrounding the dismissal of a detective and problems in investigations.

NABU and SAP have launched the "Clean City" operation to expose a criminal organization in the Kyiv City Council. In particular, searches are being conducted at the residence of Denys Komarnitskyi, an ally of Chernovetskyy.

President Zelenskyy commented on the conflict between the Defense Ministry and the Defense Production Plant, supporting Minister Umerov's actions. According to the president, the minister has the right to do whatever is necessary to ensure uninterrupted supply of the army.

The HACC granted MP Viktor Bondar bail in the amount of UAH 100 million. He is suspected of embezzling UAH 140 million while purchasing cables for Ukrzaliznytsia in 2021-2022.

NACP presented the results of a large-scale study on the perception of corruption in Ukraine for 2024. According to the survey, 79.4% of citizens consider corruption a very serious problem, second only to the military aggression of the Russian Federation.

The HACC extended the custody of Tetiana Krupa, head of the Khmelnytsky Medical Examiner's Office, until March 23, 2025. The court reduced the amount of bail to UAH 260 million and set a number of restrictions in case of its posting.
