On Saturday, June 21, cool weather with short-term rains and thunderstorms is expected in Ukraine, mainly in the western and northern regions. Temperatures will range from +18°C to +25°C, with the highest values in the south.

In the south of Ukraine and Dnipropetrovsk region, the number of bites from venomous spiders, such as karakurts, tarantulas, and yellow sac spiders, has increased. Their bites cause severe pain, convulsions, respiratory problems, and allergic reactions, which in rare cases can be fatal.

In Lviv region, the chief of staff of a territorial defense battalion was exposed for irrationally awarding 35 million UAH in "combat" bonuses to subordinates. The unit's personnel were performing tasks in rear areas and were not on the front line.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has approved changes to the rules for distance learning, which will come into force on September 1, 2025. Minimum occupancy requirements for distance classes and a mechanism for supporting teachers have been introduced.

The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated UAH 3. 5 billion for eRestoration, UAH 1.1 billion for energy in Mykolaiv region and almost UAH 600 million for Kharkiv region. UAH 1.1 billion has also been allocated for accessibility.

The President of Ukraine stated that the night attacks by the Russian Federation on Ukrainian cities led to the death of civilians, including children. He called on the world to increase pressure on Russia.

The government dismissed the members of the Gambling and Lottery Regulatory Commission (KRAIL) due to its liquidation, appointed the deputy head of the State Agency for Exclusion Zone Management (DAZV), and approved the appointment of heads of Regional State Administrations (RSA) in Donetsk and Mykolaiv regions and the deputy head of the Regional Military Administration (RMA) in Kyiv region.
