JSC "Poltavaoblenergo" refuted the report about the impossibility of receiving electricity from the integrated energy system of Ukraine. Poltava region remains part of the IPS of Ukraine and receives power both through the main grid and from the distribution networks of neighboring regions.
Ukrenergo announced the application of electricity restrictions throughout Ukraine due to Russian attacks. Hourly outage schedules and power limitations for industrial consumers will be in effect from 00:00 to 23:59.
On November 12, power outage schedules will be in effect in most regions of Ukraine. 2 to 4 queues will be without electricity throughout the day.
NEC "Ukrenergo" has agreed to increase electricity imports to 2300 MW with the European system operator, which will take effect from December. Industrial consumers who cover 60% of their consumption through imports will not be subject to restrictions according to schedules.
The heating season has officially begun throughout Ukraine, including frontline communities. Over 87% of social facilities and 73% of multi-story buildings are already receiving heat.
In a number of regions of Ukraine, particularly in Sumy and Poltava regions, emergency power outage schedules have been introduced. This happened at the direction of NPC "Ukrenergo" due to the consequences of Russian attacks on energy facilities.

Emergency power outages have been introduced in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast. This decision was made on the command of Ukrenergo due to the difficult situation in the energy system.
On the night of November 8, emergency power outages were introduced in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, and Kirovohrad regions. Power outage schedules are not in effect, and consumers are urged to use electricity wisely.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the case of former Ukrenergo head Volodymyr Kudrytskyi is a matter for the judicial system, and he did not ensure Ukraine's energy security. Kudrytskyi was detained for large-scale fraud and is suspected of involvement in a scheme to embezzle UAH 13.7 million in 2018.

He recommends lithium iron phosphate batteries and advises taking into account the total power of appliances with a 20-30% reserve.

The heating season in Ukraine began on October 15 for the social sector and on October 28 for private households. The government allocated over UAH 1.5 billion to protect energy facilities and provided EUR 1.36 billion for gas procurement to prepare for winter.
NEC "Ukrenergo" has expanded the hourly power outage schedules from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM due to the difficult situation in the energy system. The restrictions will apply to both household and industrial consumers.
In Ukraine, hourly power outage schedules are applied from 8:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00. Electricity consumption is increasing, so Ukrainians are asked not to turn on powerful appliances simultaneously from 15:00 to 22:00.
