Ruslan Kravchenko stated that justice in criminal proceedings cannot depend on the formal conformity of the act to the article of the Criminal Code. It is necessary to take into account the life path of the person and the circumstances.

Ruslan Kravchenko announced the restoration of the role of the prosecutor's office as a coordinator of law enforcement agencies. Also among the priorities are justice, legality and documentation of Russian crimes.

The Law Enforcement Committee has recommended the appointment of Ruslan Kravchenko as Prosecutor General. The vote in the Rada will take place immediately after the start of work.

The "Servant of the People" faction will gather for a meeting on June 17, where the candidacy of Ruslan Kravchenko for the position of Prosecutor General will be presented. The corresponding submission has already been received from the President.

A motion from President Zelenskyy to appoint Ruslan Kravchenko as Prosecutor General has been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada. The Rada will consider this issue at the next plenary session.
