Head of the Office of the President
Andriy Borysovych Yermak is the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine (since February 11, 2020). Previously, he was a member of the National Investment Council and a member of the Supervisory Board of Ukroboronprom. He was the founder of the media company Garnet International Media Group. He was born in 1971 in Kyiv. He graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In 2019, he joined the election campaign headquarters of presidential candidate Volodymyr Zelenskyy. After the start of the full-scale invasion, Yermak, along with the President and the government, remained in Kyiv. He takes an active part in the process of exchanging and returning Ukrainian prisoners of war.
