In the Lviv region, due to heavy rains, the Shchyrka and Zubra rivers overflowed, flooding houses, streets, and cars in several villages. Over 44,000 subscribers were left without electricity, and Lviv recorded the highest amount of precipitation.
The Foreign Minister urged foreign partners not to delay new sanctions against Russia after the massive attack on Kyiv on July 10. He emphasized the need for quick action on the US Senate bill and the 18th EU sanctions package.
Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko reported that a Russian drone hit a residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv. As a result of the attack, two women were killed and 16 people were injured, with dozens of objects damaged.

In Khmelnytskyi region, lightning struck the "House of Prayer", causing a fire covering an area of 250 sq. m. Rescuers promptly extinguished the blaze, with no casualties or injuries reported.
In the Kyiv region, a fire at an enterprise covering an area of 8000 sq. m, which arose as a result of a night enemy attack, has been extinguished. 73 rescuers and 16 units of SES equipment worked at the scene, there were no casualties.
Rescuers extinguished fires in two settlements of Zhytomyr region caused by the night attack. A carpentry workshop and outbuildings were on fire, windows of two multi-story buildings were damaged, and there were no casualties.
Due to worsening weather conditions (gusts of wind and rain), 681 settlements in six regions in western Ukraine were de-energized. The most affected were Zakarpattia, Ternopil, and Lviv regions.
The fire that broke out in Lutsk as a result of the night missile attack by the Russian Federation on the territory of a garage cooperative and a private enterprise has been extinguished. There are no casualties; more than 50 rescuers and 11 units of State Emergency Service equipment worked at the scene.
Over the past day, 393 wildfires covering an area of over 383 hectares have been recorded in Ukraine. In Odesa region, one person died and three were injured, with the highest number of fires recorded there.
Strong winds, thunderstorms, hail, and heavy rains caused damage in 8 regions of Ukraine, felling trees, damaging roofs, and leaving people without electricity. Rescuers are eliminating the consequences of the bad weather, clearing trees and restoring traffic.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the number of victims in the Kyiv-Dnipro bus accident increased to 33 people, with one person dead. The accident occurred on July 7 near the village of Petrykivka, where the driver lost control.
In Rivne region, a storm damaged the roofs of more than 10 residential buildings in Dubno district and felled trees in Dubno and Varash districts. 13 settlements are completely de-energized, another 3 are partially, 2553 subscribers are without electricity.
In Chernivtsi region, the elimination of the consequences of the bad weather on July 7 continues, which left more than 30 thousand consumers without electricity. Two substations and several high-voltage poles were damaged, work is ongoing in 5 settlements.
In Kyiv, a man was notified of suspicion of stealing a rescuer's belongings from a fire station. He broke in while SES fighters were eliminating the consequences of the Russian attack on the capital.
On July 7, around 10:00 AM, an ammunition depot caught fire in Mykolaiv region, likely due to dry grass burning. The fire has been localized, there is no threat to the population, and an investigation is underway.
As a result of the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia, 11 people were injured, eight of whom were hospitalized. Russian troops launched a massive UAV strike, damaging residential buildings, a higher education institution, and an enterprise.
Dnipropetrovsk region was attacked by drones, as a result of which three people were injured and an agricultural enterprise was damaged in Synelnykove district. In Nikopol region, the aggressor used artillery and drones, injuring two people and damaging houses.
A double-decker passenger bus overturned in the Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of the accident, one man died, and 28 people sought medical assistance.
Russian troops attacked Odesa with drones, killing one person – a security guard. Garages, car service stations, construction trailers were damaged, and cars were destroyed.
A fire broke out near Kyiv's CHP-6, cars are burning. The SES refutes information about an explosion at the CHP and a partial power outage in the Dniprovskyi district.
In Kharkiv and Kherson, State Emergency Service rescuers were repeatedly attacked by the enemy while extinguishing fires caused by shelling. Two fire tank trucks were damaged, and no personnel were injured.
Rescuers of Kyiv region eliminated the consequences of the enemy attack on July 6, which caused destruction and fires in the Vyshhorod community. Three people were injured.
In Nizhyn, a 15-year-old boy died and a 19-year-old girl was hospitalized in intensive care after being electrocuted at the railway station. The victims were removed from the train car roof and handed over to medics.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine received the first fire robot from a Ukrainian manufacturer on a charitable basis. This robotic complex extinguishes fires, transports equipment, and works as a tractor.
Chuhuiv in the Kharkiv region was partially left without electricity after an attack by Russian troops. As a result of the shelling, 11 people were injured, including 2 children, and houses and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
As of 8:00 PM in Kyiv, all fires have been extinguished, emergency rescue operations have been suspended and will resume tomorrow morning. As a result of the massive strike on the capital, 26 people were injured, including one child, and one person died.
As a result of the Russian attack on Kryvyi Rih, six people were injured, including two rescuers. The enemy launched a repeated strike upon the arrival of emergency workers, damaging four fire and rescue vehicles.
In Kyiv, due to a massive Russian attack, there is a threat of collapse of inter-floor ceilings between the 2nd and 3rd floors in one of the residential buildings. The fire and rescue unit was damaged, but the personnel were not injured.
