Rescuers found four people who had gotten lost in the woods near the village of Nebyliv in Ivano-Frankivsk region. A four-year-old child was among those rescued.

On the M-09 highway near the village of Ozernaya, a truck tractor with a semi-trailer overturned. As a result of the accident, a 61-year-old driver was killed, a fuel leak occurred, but depressurization of the juice tank did not occur.

On the territory of one of the enterprises of Kharkiv, an unused structure caught fire. The fire was localized, there were no injuries. According to preliminary data, there was a spontaneous combustion at the cooling tower, which did not work for more than 20 years.

The Verkhovna Rada has registered a draft law allowing MPs, officials and others to travel abroad during the period of deferment from conscription. The document also proposes to expand the list of persons subject to reservation.

Volodymyr Oleksandriuk, a 47-year-old rescuer, died in hospital from burns he received while extinguishing a fire in the center of Odesa on July 30. Doctors were unable to save his life.

In the village of Ilkivka, Vinnytsia district, a 44-year-old man was covered with soil while cleaning a 10-meter well. Rescuers pulled him out without serious injuries, and he refused hospitalization.

At night, Russian troops attacked a critical infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia region, firing four times. Rescuers of the State Emergency Service were unable to continue their work due to a repeated air raid alarm, and all employees took cover.

In the Kharkiv region, a rescuer came to put out a fire after a shelling and discovered that it was his own home. His wife was killed in the attack, and his 10-year-old son suffered burns.

In the center of Odesa, a fire broke out in a three-story residential building with an area of 500 square meters. Three firefighters were injured during the firefighting operations, and the fire was extinguished in two hours by 55 rescuers and 16 pieces of equipment.

Rescuers evacuated 73 people from Pokrovsk district of Donetsk region, including 21 children and 7 people with limited mobility. The authorities urge citizens not to risk their lives and emphasize the need to evacuate.
