Elon Reeve Musk was born on June 28, 1971, in Pretoria, South Africa. At the age of 17, he moved to Canada, and later to the USA, where he earned a bachelor's degree in physics and economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a co-founder of companies such as Zip2 and PayPal, and is known as the founder and head of SpaceX, as well as the CEO of Tesla Inc.
