Bryansk Oblast

Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with the SBU, launched a missile strike on the area where a unit of the missile forces of the Russian Federation was concentrated. One launcher detonated, and two more were damaged.

The Russian Foreign Minister and the US Secretary of State had a phone conversation regarding the war in Ukraine. Plans for resuming negotiations in Istanbul were also discussed.

A bridge collapsed in the Kursk region of Russia while a train was moving. Part of the locomotive fell on the road, the driver suffered leg injuries, and traffic was blocked.

In the Bryansk region of Russia, a bridge collapsed onto a passenger train heading to Moscow. Seven people died, more than 30 were injured, including children.

At night, UAVs attacked the Moscow region, in particular the Dubna Machine-Building Plant, which produces Orion drones, and the ELMA technology park, where microchips and guidance systems for UAVs are made.

Russian regions were subjected to a massive drone attack. Moscow, Tula, Orel, Kursk, Belgorod and other regions were under attack. There are reports of downed drones and temporary restrictions at Vnukovo airport.

A Russian spy and his informant, who were preparing a breakthrough of enemy DRGs, were detained in Sumy region. They face up to 12 years in prison.
