Russia is intensifying attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure ahead of winter. Ukrainian experts advise striking back at oil refineries, oil logistics, and Russia’s export terminals.
At night, Russia launched 258 drones, Oniks missiles, and Iskander/KN-23 ballistic missiles at Ukraine. Air defense destroyed or suppressed 233 aerial targets.
