Despite the US call for coordinated action, a new package of EU sanctions against Russia is unlikely to be ready for the G7 summit. Hungary may block some proposals.

The President signed the law, paving the way for joint roaming with the EU. Ukrainians will be able to use roaming in the EU at domestic rates without "roaming stress."

The Ukrainian side received proposals from the Russians only during the negotiations in Istanbul. Umerov stated that the Russians are trying to create the illusion of diplomacy without real actions.

The President of Ukraine announced that the Russians want a ceasefire for a few days. Also, according to him, a new exchange of prisoners is being prepared.

The President of Ukraine and the Secretary General of NATO discussed increasing pressure on Russia and preparations for the NATO Summit in The Hague. Zelenskyy stressed the importance of Ukraine's representation at the summit.
