Head of the Regional State Administration

Vitaliy Oleksandrovych Kim was born on March 13, 1981, in Mykolaiv. He graduated from Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding with a degree in "enterprise economics." Before his political career, he was an entrepreneur, involved in construction and investment businesses. Since November 25, 2020, he has served as the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, and since February 24, 2022, he has been the head of the regional military administration. He became known for his optimistic video addresses during the full-scale invasion.
