Oksen Lisovyi

Minister of Education and Science
Oksen Vasyliovych Lisovyi was born on July 21, 1972, in the Kyiv region into a family of dissidents. He received his higher education at the Kyiv State Institute of Culture, specializing in "library and information systems," and is also a ceramic artist by profession. He worked as the director of the National Center "Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine." In 2022, he was a defender of Ukraine and participated in combat operations. Since March 21, 2023, he has held the position of Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine.
