98 combat engagements over the day: Ukrainian Armed Forces repel attacks in various sectors

Over the past day, 98 combat engagements took place. Russia launched three missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine using three missiles, 64 air strikes, dropping 58 drones. In addition, the invaders used 463 kamikaze drones for attacks and carried out 2668 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements using various types of weapons. In the Kharkiv sector, Russian terrorists stormed the positions of our troops six times in the areas of Vovchansk and Lypky. The battle is still ongoing in Vovchansk.

The enemy attacked our positions eight times in the Kupyansk sector. Near the settlements of Berestove and Stelmakhivka, the Defense Forces repelled seven attacks. The situation is tense, three firefights are ongoing.

In the Liman sector, Russian troops attacked Ukrainian troops 17 times in the areas of Makiivka, Nevske, Hrekivka, Novoyehorivka and Dibrova. Two firefights are currently ongoing.

On the Seversk direction, the enemy tried to force our defenders from their positions in the areas of Spirne, Vyymka and Pereyizne seven times by assault. All attacks were repelled, the enemy was not successful.

In the Kramatorsk sector, Ukrainian troops repelled six attempts by the invaders to advance near Chasovyi Yar and Ivanivske. Four attacks were repelled, and two firefights are ongoing.

In the Toretsk sector, where the occupants attacked our positions near Pivnichne, Toretsk and Zalizne 14 times with the support of the air force, nine combat engagements ended. Fighting continues in five other locations.

The enemy is concentrating its main efforts in the Pokrovske sector, where the aggressor attacked 35 times during the day in the areas of Vozdvyzhenka, Myroliubivka, Novotroitske, Novohrodivka, Hrodivka, Mykolaivka, Zhelanne and Zavitne. Ukrainian defenders have already repelled 20 attacks, and another 15 clashes are ongoing.

At Kurakhove direction, our defenders repelled four enemy attempts to attack our positions at this time of day. The invaders tried to advance near Kostiantynivka. Two firefights are currently ongoing.

In the Vremivsk sector, the aggressor tried to storm the frontline defense in the direction of Vuhledar once today. Ukrainian troops stopped the enemy's attack.

In the Prydniprovsky sector, one enemy assault was unsuccessful. No positions were lost.
