Volodymyr Klitschko
Ukrainian boxer and philanthropist
Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Klitschko was born on March 25, 1976, in Semipalatinsk, Kazakh SSR. He received his education at the Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi Pedagogical Institute and defended his Ph.D. thesis in physical education and sports. In the amateur ring, he became an Olympic champion in 1996, and in professional boxing, he dominated the heavyweight division, winning numerous world titles.
After ending his boxing career in 2017, he successfully develops business projects and acts as a motivational speaker. He is also a co-founder of the Klitschko Foundation, which has supported youth in education and sports since 2003, and since 2022, has been actively involved in humanitarian aid and advocating for Ukraine's interests at the international level.
