As Hipper emphasized, "these reckless attacks underscore Russia's disregard for civilian suffering, the environment, and peace efforts."
"We will continue to support Ukraine and deter Russia's ability to endanger millions of lives, including the risk of a nuclear accident," the spokeswoman for the European External Action Service said.
