Enemy attacks

As indicated, due to the ongoing security threat, power engineers are temporarily unable to begin restoration work; however, as soon as the situation stabilizes, they will immediately proceed to eliminate the consequences and restore power supply. Where the security situation allows, power engineers are working in an intensified mode to return power supply to all subscribers as quickly as possible. Restoration work continues around the clock, the ministry noted.
Bad weather
"Due to bad weather, over 100 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, and Chernihiv regions remain without power supply," the report says.
Repair crews are working on restoration.
Schedules and consumption
"No restrictions are predicted to be applied today," the Ministry of Energy indicated.
Ukrainians were urged, if possible, to use electricity sparingly during the evening hours - from 18:00 to 22:00. This helps to reduce the load on the system.
