Vadym Filashkin

Vadym Serhiyovych Filashkin was born on June 14, 1975, in the village of Arbuzynka, Mykolaiv Oblast. He received his education at Mykolaiv Pedagogical University and Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs, becoming a professional lawyer and educator. Throughout his career, Vadym Serhiyovych held leadership positions in law enforcement agencies and served as deputy head of the Regional State Administration since 2019. Currently, he heads the Donetsk Regional State Administration, coordinating defense and humanitarian processes in the region.
