On the instructions of Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, Deputy Minister Yevhen Perebyinis and 33 heads of diplomatic missions visited the site of the Russian attack on the Okhmatdyt children's hospital to see the aftermath of the attack.

The delegation saw with their own eyes the consequences of the Russian attack on the institution where children were treated for cancer and other diseases.
Yevhen Perebyinis called on his foreign colleagues to respond decisively to this crime and make every effort to strengthen Ukraine's air defense.
Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko and Okhmatdyt Director Volodymyr Zhovnir informed the heads of diplomatic missions about the consequences of the Russian terror.
