Russian army pulls up artillery in Pokrovsk direction, small arms battles continue in Hryshyne - Air Assault Forces

The Russian army, attempting to intensify its offensive in the Pokrovsk agglomeration, is bringing up artillery, which the Defense Forces are successfully destroying. In Hryshyne, small arms battles are ongoing, particularly in the southeastern part of the settlement. This was reported by the 7th Quick Reaction Corps of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to UNN. 

In an attempt to intensify the offensive in the Pokrovsk agglomeration, the Russians are increasing the number of long-range artillery in the area of responsibility of the 7th Quick Reaction Corps of the Air Assault Forces. The enemy is hiding artillery both in forest belts and in private residential areas 

The corps emphasized that, understanding the logic of the enemy's actions, the Defense Forces are detecting and destroying Russian guns. 

In the last day alone, Ukrainian military personnel damaged and destroyed 5 units of enemy artillery in the Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad areas. Despite constant enemy pressure, units in the area of responsibility of the 7th Quick Reaction Corps of the Air Assault Forces continue to hold positions in the northern part of Pokrovsk. Ukrainian units forced the enemy to slow down their advance, so the Russians are intensifying their efforts in the Hryshyne and Rodynske directions 

In addition, it is reported that small arms battles are ongoing in Hryshyne, particularly in the southeastern part of the settlement. The Defense Forces of Ukraine are operating with active support from UAV and artillery units.

The enemy is unsuccessfully deploying additional assault groups to pressure Hryshyne, including using motor vehicles.

Since the beginning of the day, the aggressor has attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 82 times. The enemy is actively operating in the Kostiantynivka, Huliaipole, and Pokrovsk directions.
