Russia transports oil and stolen grain on 26 ships — intelligence has released the data

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine published a list of 26 vessels used to transport Russian oil, liquefied gas, and stolen Ukrainian grain. Eighteen of these vessels are not under sanctions imposed by Ukraine’s partner countries.
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine published information about vessels on which the Russians transport oil, liquefied gas and stolen Ukrainian grain. This was reported by UNN.
Details
The information was published in the “Marine Vessels” section of the War&Sanctions portal. It concerns 26 vessels that Russia uses to transport grain from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Russian oil and petroleum products, as well as liquefied natural gas from the sanctioned “Arctic LNG 2” project.
The list includes:
- oil tankers transporting Russian oil and petroleum products from ports in the Black Sea and Baltic regions in the interests of “Lukoil,” “Rosneft,” “Surgutneftegas,” “Novatek,” “Tatneft” and “Gazprom”;
- bulk carriers exporting agricultural products from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine via the ports of Berdiansk, Sevastopol, Kerch and Feodosia;
- LNG tankers transporting liquefied gas from the sanctioned floating storage unit SAAM FSU (IMO 9915090), where LNG from the sanctioned “Arctic LNG 2” project is accumulated.
At the same time, 18 of the 26 published vessels are not under sanctions imposed by any of Ukraine’s partner countries.

According to the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Russia is accelerating the creation of a “shadow fleet” to transport liquefied natural gas, preparing for the European Union’s complete ban on imports of Russian LNG, which will enter into force on January 1, 2027.
