Leaders of India, Brazil, South Korea, Kenya, and Egypt will join the discussions at the G7 summit. This was stated by the President of the European Council, António Costa, before the start of the meeting, reports UNN.

According to him, the European Union supports the decision to expand the circle of summit participants and involve representatives of the largest non-G7 countries in the discussions.
These countries participated in the preparatory work for the summit and will join part of our discussions
He emphasized that the EU continues to develop a broad network of trade agreements, which already cover 84 countries worldwide.
According to the President of the European Council, such agreements are not only economic tools but also promote innovation, prosperity, and the strengthening of a multilateral international order based on rules.
