As a result of the night shelling on October 31, railway facilities and rolling stock of Ukrzaliznytsia in Sumy and Kharkiv regions were damaged. Train No. 228/227 Husarivka – Ivano-Frankivsk is running on an altered route, and train No. 779/780 Sumy – Kyiv departed on schedule with substitute carriages.
