Due to Russian attacks, power outages occurred in 11 regions of Ukraine. No outage schedules are planned, but electricity consumption is increasing. Electricity imports are expected from 5 countries.

Ukraine has planted 1. 8 million hectares of winter crops, including 862.2 thousand hectares of rapeseed. Farmers in five western regions have completed sowing rapeseed, with Poltava, Kirovograd and Mykolaiv regions leading the way in grain sowing.

At night, Russian occupants attacked Ukraine with missiles and UAVs. Air defense forces destroyed 28 Shahed drones and 4 guided missiles, and another 4 drones were lost by the enemy in different regions.

At night, the enemy attacked Poltava region with UAVs, damaging private homes and energy infrastructure. 20 settlements were left without power, but there were no casualties. The situation is under control.

The Ministry of Energy reported a stable situation in the energy system. Due to shelling and hostilities, there were power outages in Dnipropetrovs'k, Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.

On the night of September 21, Ukraine's air defense repelled a massive Russian attack, destroying 5 X-59/69 guided missiles and 11 Shahed drones. Another 5 drones were lost as a result of electronic warfare.

Customers for arson attacks on military vehicles are recruited through anonymous Telegram channels. The perpetrators are mostly young people aged 18-35, who are promised a reward of $700-3000.

Today, there are no plans to apply blackout schedules in Ukraine. Due to hostilities and technical disruptions, 496 settlements remain partially or completely without electricity.

Parliament passed a resolution to rename 327 settlements with Russian and Soviet names. The names of 10 cities, numerous towns and villages in different regions of Ukraine were changed.

In the morning of September 18, explosions occurred in Sumy during an air raid due to enemy kamikaze drones. The Ukrainian Air Force warned of enemy attack drones in the Sumy region.

Russian occupation forces fired 401 times at 15 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region. UAVs, MLRS and artillery were used, and residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged.

Twenty-one thousand people have been evacuated from the border areas of Sumy region, and another 25 thousand are ready to be evacuated. 70% of children have already been evacuated, and the authorities continue to raise awareness and provide humanitarian aid.

An explosion was heard in the city of Myrhorod, Poltava region. This was reported by Suspilne correspondents, but the details of the incident are not yet known.

A 32-year-old man is suspected of shooting an 8-year-old boy with an air rifle in a village in the Zinkiv community. The suspect was served a notice of suspicion and a measure of restraint was chosen - detention for 60 days.

Electricity consumption in Ukraine has stabilized. Due to the hostilities and technical reasons, 495 settlements are without power, but no massive outages are expected.

The coordination headquarters decided to forcibly evacuate families with children from additional settlements in the Donetsk region. Evacuation is carried out from territories close to the demarcation line for 10 km, including Selidovo.

The nighttime shelling in Poltava region damaged the railway infrastructure. Kharkiv-bound trains have been rerouted and are running with significant delays, and repair work has already been completed.

President Zelenskiy announced that he is preparing staffing and additional solutions to increase full-time education in schools this fall. The government is working to ensure normal school life in times of war.

1,266 Ukrainian veterans are being trained at vocational education centers of the State Employment Service. The most popular professions are administrator and driver, with training programs in drone use and psychological assistance also being chosen.
