Three people were killed and four others, including a 14-year-old boy, were wounded as a result of Russian cluster munitions shelling a village in the Donetsk region.

The number of military clashes at the front has increased to 58, and half of them are still ongoing almost along the entire front line, with the fiercest fighting taking place in the Pokrovsky and Kramatorsk directions, where Ukrainian troops are holding back enemy attacks.

The situation in the Pokrovsky direction remains tense, and the Defense Forces are taking measures to deplete the offensive potential of the invaders. Since the beginning of the day, the Russians have made 12 attempts to break through the Ukrainian Defense.

The Ukrainian armed forces repelled numerous Russian attacks on several fronts, striking 13 areas of Russian personnel concentration and 3 enemy control points, while Russian troops launched missile, air and drone strikes on Ukraine.

Since the beginning of the day, Russian terrorist forces have carried out 28 attacks on Ukrainian positions in the Pokrovsky direction, Ukrainian the defenders repelled 23 assaults, 5 combat clashes are ongoing.

According to the General Staff's report, Russian troops conducted 59 combat engagements along the front line, including 22 in the Pokrovsk sector.

Yesterday, on June 17, Russian troops attacked the Donetsk region nine times, causing significant destruction, at least one person was killed and another wounded.

There were 119 combat engagements in the frontline. The enemy made 42 attacks in the Pokrovsk sector today.

Defense forces are holding the line and stopping the enemy's advance: as of 16:00 on June 15, 60 combat engagements took place along the entire frontline, including in the Pokrovske and Kurakhove directions.

At present, the total number of enemy attacks on the front line has reached 44. The enemy is most actively trying to attack the Pokrovske direction today - seven attacks were repelled, eight are ongoing, the General Staff reported.
