The Ministry of Defense has been working on the digitalization of the MCC services for a year, and 3. 5 million Ukrainians have already updated their data through Reserve+. The ministry is considering reforming the MCC into a service office for servicemen.

Automatic deprivation of a driver's license for failure to appear under summons is not possible. Restriction of the right to drive is possible only by a court decision after consideration of a claim from the TCC.

Kyiv's Pecherskyi Court has remanded former acting head of the Defense Ministry's procurement department Maksym Hrytsenko in custody with a possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 50 million. He is suspected of unreasonably reducing fines from UAH 98 million to UAH 4.5 million.

The government is updating the criteria for obtaining mobilization reservations for businesses and organizations. From December 1, all reservations will be made through Diia, and the salary must be at least 2.5 minimum wages.

Starting November 15, military personnel will be able to submit requests for transfer through the Army+ application. The decision on the transfer will be made within 72 hours with a mandatory notification of the result.

The first group of Ukrainian Legion volunteers signed contracts in Lublin and began 35 days of basic training. The recruitment center received about 700 applications from Ukrainians from all over Europe.

The former director of the Ministry of Defense department was informed of suspicion of abuse of office. He groundlessly reduced the fine from 98 million to 4.5 million UAH for overdue contracts for the supply of military clothing.

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the draft budget for 2025 with expenditures of UAH 3. 7 trillion. UAH 54.55 billion has been allocated for the development of arms production, and another UAH 500 million for soft loans to defense companies.
