Several scenarios for transferring between units: the Ministry of Defense told about the features of the new Army+ functions

The Ministry of Defense is introducing an electronic system for transferring military personnel between units through the Army+ app. The military will be able to submit reports online with a guaranteed response within 72 hours.
Changing the place of service in the Army+ application will provide the military with several opportunities to transfer between units: from combat to combat, from rear to combat, or from combat to rear, if there is a corresponding decision of the military qualification commission. Deputy Defense Minister Kateryna Chernogorenko said this during a telethon, according to a UNN correspondent.

Chornohorenko reminded that yesterday the government adopted a resolution that regulated the process of submitting an electronic report, reviewing it by the personnel center of the Armed Forces and obliged to guarantee a response within 72 hours.
This process is becoming digital, and now a report can be submitted in a few minutes right in the mobile application. This solution will allow our military to move between units quickly enough and will allow them to be transferred in several scenarios: from combat to combat, from rear to combat, or from combat to rear, if there is a corresponding decision of the Military Qualification Commission, if the person does not hold a position in his or her brigade that meets the conclusion of the Military Qualification Commission
She noted that a particular difference between submitting such a report through the app is that it does not need to be sent to the commander.
This report is immediately sent to the personnel center, and if in some scenarios the commander's decision is required, the personnel center receives it independently without additional burden on the serviceman
She noted that this functionality will be launched in the mobile application on November 15. Also, according to her, the transfer between units in the application will be available only once a year. Also, if a military is denied a transfer, an exhaustive list of reasons will be provided.
For example, this transfer is initiated more than once a year, or the staffing of this unit is critical for the commander and this reason is also indicated

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy saidthat military transfers in the army should be unlocked and will work through the Army+ app, with the technical readiness to start on November 15.
Zelenskyy also instructed the Ministry of Defense and the General to develop the possibility of transferring military personnel through the Army+ app to all defense and security forces, including the National Guard of Ukraine and the Border Guard Service.
