Ukraine and NATO have agreed on a strategy for establishing a Joint JATEC Center, which will open in early 2025. The center will facilitate Ukraine's integration into NATO structures and the exchange of experience between the parties.

Ukraine and NATO have agreed on a strategy for the final stage of the creation of the Joint JATEC Center. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, according to UNN.

It is noted that the delegation of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, headed by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anatoliy Klochko, took part in a meeting to discuss the deployment of the NATO-Ukraine Joint Analysis, Training and Education Center (JATEC), which took place in the Polish city of Bydgoszcz. The participants discussed the action plan required to establish the Center and confirmed the intention to open it in early 2025.

The Center will help Ukraine integrate into the Alliance's structures, facilitate the exchange of experience between the parties and find solutions to strengthen the defense capabilities of Ukraine and NATO,

- noted Deputy Defense Minister Brigadier General Anatoliy Klochko.

The event was attended by NATO Assistant Secretary General Thomas Hoffus, NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, Admiral Pierre Vandier, NATO Information and Communications Agency General Manager Ludwig Dekamps and NATO Senior Representative to Ukraine Patrick Turner.

JATEC is being created as part of the implementation of the decisions of the Washington Summit. It will be the first joint institution between Ukraine and NATO.
