According to him, despite Russia's lack of military success, Moscow continues to demand Ukraine's capitulation.
"Shish vam s maslom [You'll get nothing]. Farewell, unwashed Russia, land of slaves, land of lords,"
He also noted that attacks on Russian territory are a response to the Kremlin's aggression against Ukraine.
"Stop complaining about the suffering of poor Russians. What Russia is witnessing is a boomerang it is receiving, launched by Putin against Ukraine. It is returning with triple force and hitting very painfully,"
In addition, he called on nuclear powers, including the United Kingdom, France, the United States, and China, not to ignore the joint exercises of Russia and Belarus.
"By turning Belarus into a nuclear bridgehead, Putin is legitimizing nuclear proliferation, creating an extremely dangerous precedent for authoritarian regimes worldwide, and drawing Minsk even deeper into his nuclear blackmail," Melnyk stressed.
As a reminder
A sharp dispute arose in the UN Security Council following statements by Russia's Permanent Representative Vasily Nebenzya regarding Ukraine's alleged preparation of strikes against the Russian Federation from the territory of the Baltic states.
