US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken arrives in Saudi Arabia as part of a new Middle East tour to discuss the crisis, while a Hamas delegation is due to arrive in Egypt for ceasefire talks with Israel.
U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has arrived in Saudi Arabia to discuss the Middle East crisis. This was reported by AFP, according to UNN.
"Blinken arrived in Saudi Arabia as part of a new tour of the Middle East crisis," the statement said.
On Monday, April 29, a delegation of Hamas militants will arrive in Egypt for a new round of ceasefire talks. The militants will discuss the ceasefire proposal submitted by Hamas to mediators from Qatar and Egypt, as well as Israel's response.
The delegation is expected to respond to Israel's latest proposal for a phased truce in Gaza, made on Saturday.
