Foreign Minister Sybiha announced that signals had been sent to Hungary regarding a meeting of the leaders. Kyiv seeks to unblock EU accession and discuss sanctions.

Signals regarding the possibility of contacts between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Péter Magyar, leader of the winning Tisza party, have been conveyed to the Hungarian side, Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha told reporters on Monday, UNN reports.
We are open. We want and have already conveyed signals of appropriate contacts at the level of the President of Ukraine and, accordingly, Mr. Magyar. We are ready for this dialogue immediately, without delay, and to build proper neighborly relations.
When asked whether such a phone call could take place today, the Foreign Minister said:
We are expecting this contact and, of course, we are interested. We are waiting for the reaction of the Hungarian side.
According to him, there is a "very broad agenda" in bilateral relations with Hungary.
"We have a wide range of issues from border infrastructure, interaction on the European track, I mean Ukraine's membership in the EU. And generally, if we speak globally, it is the removal of Hungary's block as a country on the way to our membership in the European Union. This is also the 20th package of sanctions, this is also 90 billion in credit, and the formal opening of clusters," Sybiha said.
"And I reiterate that Ukraine is ready to implement, and this is also our interest, the highest standards of both the Council of Europe and the EU regarding national minorities. And we have also conveyed this signal to the Hungarian side and are open to dialogue," the Ukrainian Foreign Minister emphasized.
