Sybiha announced the appointment of a new MFA special envoy for cooperation with the Belarusian opposition

Yaroslav Chornohor has become the MFA special envoy for cooperation with the Belarusian opposition. The parties agreed on political dialogue and humanitarian cooperation.

During a meeting with Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha announced the appointment of an ambassador-at-large within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to interact with the democratic forces of Belarus. This was reported by the foreign ministry, according to UNN.

According to Sybiha, Yaroslav Chornohor will be responsible for this work.
"An ambassador-at-large, Yaroslav Chornohor, has been appointed within the structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to handle the establishment of effective cooperation with representatives of the Belarusian democratic forces,"
Ukraine will continue consultations with the Belarusian opposition
Sybiha also reported that Ukraine agreed to continue political dialogue and consultations with the democratic forces of Belarus, as well as cooperation in the humanitarian, information, sanctions, and expert spheres.
"We invite and look forward to a democratic and free Belarus joining the Lublin Triangle in the future. This will be a natural union of free European nations – Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, and Belarus,"
