Some regions of Ukraine remain without power as a result of Russian shelling

Due to hostilities and shelling of energy infrastructure, some consumers in five regions of Ukraine are temporarily left without electricity supply. At the same time, as of the morning of July 30, no power restrictions are forecast. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, UNN reports.

Operational situation in Ukraine's energy system as of the morning of July 30. As a result of hostilities and shelling of energy facilities, some consumers in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv and Cherkasy regions are temporarily left without electricity supply

The most difficult situation is in Sumy region. According to the ministry, as a result of an enemy attack, a large number of consumers in the city of Sumy and surrounding communities were blacked out.

In addition, as a result of a night Russian attack, an energy worker was killed in Dnipropetrovsk region.

Currently, restoration work is ongoing everywhere where the security situation allows.

Energy workers are working to restore power to Ukrainian homes as quickly as possible. No restrictions are forecast for today.
