SBU exposes FSB agent in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who adjusted Russian strikes in Donetsk region

The Security Service of Ukraine exposed a Russian agent, a contractor of one of the combat brigades in Donetsk region, who, through his father in Russia, passed coordinates of firing positions and military fortifications to the Russian Federal Security Service, which allowed for targeted air strikes on Ukrainian troops.
Law enforcers have exposed another Russian agent in the ranks of the Defense Forces who was adjusting missile and drone strikes in Donetsk region. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Security Service of Ukraine.
Details
The suspect was a contract soldier of one of the combat brigades of the Defense Forces stationed in the eastern region.
The offender passed the coordinates of firing positions and military fortifications to the Russian special services.
To disguise his subversive activities, the mole worked for the FSB through his father, who left for Russia in August 2023.
During the search of the detainee's place of residence, a cell phone was found, which he used to record the coordinates and weapons of the Defense Forces and send "reports" to the FSB.
SBU investigators have served him a notice of suspicion under Part 3 Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information on the sending, movement of weapons, armaments and ammunition to Ukraine, movement, movement or deployment of the Armed Forces or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, committed under martial law). The attacker is in custody. He faces up to 12 years in prison

As the investigators found out, the aggressor was primarily interested in the geolocation of the largest concentration of personnel and the location of heavy weapons of the Armed Forces, including tanks and cannon artillery.
In order to avoid arousing suspicion, the detainee's father, as a man with many children, crossed the border towards the European Union and from there crossed into Russia.

In Russia, he established contact with propagandist and former FSB officer Sergei Karnaukhov. It was to him that the defendant's father "leaked" intelligence about the Defense Forces received from his son. Karnaukhov passed this information on to his FSB handler.
