As early as Sunday evening, monitoring channels warned of a high probability of "Kinzhal" launches and MiG sorties. Additionally, about 30 drones were heading toward the capital.
At 1:06 AM, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that air defense forces were in operation.
In the Obolonskyi district, cars are on fire as a result of falling UAV debris. ... In some districts of the capital, there are power supply interruptions. Specialists are investigating the cause. ... Also, in the Podilskyi district, there is a fire in a three-story residential building
In turn, the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko, stated that a private house is on fire in the Podilskyi district of the capital.
"Tonight there is a threat of a combined attack on the capital. Groups of enemy UAVs are already on the outskirts. Residents of Kyiv, stay in shelters until the alert is over," Tkachenko urged.
