Damage to the Russian submarine "Varshavyanka": propeller and rudder destroyed, boat needs major overhaul

As a result of the attack by Ukrainian drones, the Russian submarine sustained significant damage, and a major overhaul could take a long time.

The Russian submarine Project 636.3 "Varshavyanka" in Novorossiysk has sustained serious damage. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Crimean Wind", according to UNN.
Details
According to satellite imagery and OSINT intelligence, the submarine was damaged. Two other boats left their designated berths in the military harbor.
Also, the submarine's propeller and rudder are likely destroyed, the propeller shaft is damaged, and the stern compartment is flooded and damaged, OSINT intelligence reports.
To replace the propeller shaft, the submarine requires a major overhaul at a shipyard. This means dismantling part of the equipment and stern sections, which also requires high precision and a long time.
Context
The Security Service of Ukraine conducted a unique special operation to blow up a Russian submarine of the 636.3 "Varshavyanka" class in the port of Novorossiysk. This was achieved with the help of "Sub Sea Baby" underwater drones.
As a result, the submarine, worth up to 400 million US dollars, suffered critical damage. In fact, it has been put out of action.
The submarine carried four Kalibr cruise missile launchers, which the Russians use to strike Ukrainian territory.
