The names of 35 veterans who will represent Ukraine at the international Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 have been published.
The national team that will represent Ukraine at the 2025 Invictus Games in Canada has been announced. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.

Full list of the Ukrainian national team members:
- Oleksandr Andrienko, police captain, represents Donetsk region.
- Androshchuk Oleksandr, a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, represents the Kyiv region.
- Anatoliy Birko, lieutenant colonel of the National Guard of Ukraine, represents Khmelnytsky region.
- Andriy Boichuk, senior lieutenant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, represents Ivano-Frankivsk region.
- Oleksiy Vasyliev, a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, represents Odesa region.
- Oleksiy Vasylyuk, a junior sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, represents Poltava region.

A total of 329 soldiers and veterans from different regions of Ukraine took part in the qualifying competitions.
Ruslana Velychko-Trifoniuk, Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs, during a press conference on the announcement of the national team, said that compared to last year, the number of team members had increased from 25 to 35.

Taras Kovalyk, head of the Come Back Alive veterans' department, said that, in his opinion, this year's selection system was one of the most objective.
We want to get to know our participants as well as possible and give this information to the selection committee so that they can see the whole picture of the person

The Invictus Games is an international sporting event for military personnel and veterans who have been injured, wounded or ill in the line of duty. Their goal is to promote the recovery and rehabilitation of veterans and servicemen who were wounded, injured or ill during or as a result of their service in the combat zone through sport.
For the Ukrainian team, this year's Invictus Games will be a jubilee event, as it will be the fifth time the team has participated in this international competition.
