An administrative report was drawn up against the man for foul language against a veteran with prostheses in a clinic in Odesa.
In Odesa, law enforcement officers drew up an administrative report against a man who used obscene language toward a veterinarian because of his prosthetics. He pleaded guilty and apologized to the doctor. UNN reports this with reference to the police of the region.

The incident occurred on July 3 at about 10 o'clock in one of the veterinary clinics in the Kyiv district of Odesa.
A visitor to a veterinary clinic was outraged that the doctor, while examining his dog, could not get up from his chair and come closer to the animal. The angry client used foul language toward the veterinarian and left the office.
As reported, law enforcement officers identified the offender and his place of residence. It was a 38-year-old resident of the city.
The police drew up an administrative report against him under Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. He pleaded guilty and has now apologized to the victim.
