We are talking about the so-called "educational advisors" called "childhood navigators". These individuals are mostly citizens of the Russian Federation who come to the temporarily occupied territories to perform propaganda tasks.
They organize various activities for children, such as excursions, propaganda lectures, movie screenings, and visits to museums that present a distorted view of history.
Propagandists actively involve children in Kremlin movements, trying to form their loyalty to Russia.
All actions of these people are carefully recorded by the occupation administrations.
One of their main functions is to compile lists of "loyal children" who can be used for further manipulation.
The National Resistance Center calls on citizens to report such individuals to bring them to justice for collaboration.
